Calling all Athletes Ages 12-17! If you're looking to unleash your full potential, spend your summer at CrossFit Playground building muscle, increasing endurance, and improving performance. Our expert trainers will guide you through personalized workouts in preparation to dominate your competition. If you're a serious athlete, sign up now - only 15 spots per session available!

This program is designed for teen and pre-teen athletes. The session runs 4 weeks and progressively builds in strength, endurance and explosive power generation. It is perfect for all athletes looking to enhance their performance on the field or on the court. This program is specifically designed to help condition young athletes for the next level of their sports performance.

We will -

Lift weights safely and effectively

Perform plyometric explosive movements

Work at high intensity

Build strength to help prevent future injuries

Have fun

We will NOT -

Goof off

Lift weights in an uncontrolled or unsafe manner

Give less than 100% effort to achieve our goals

Classes will be held at CrossFit Playground

52 Upton Road, Colchester, CT

Session 1 will run from 4:00pm - 5:00pm Mondays and Wednesdays from June 24th through July 17th.

Session 2 will run from 4:00pm-5:00pm Mondays and Wednesdays from July 22nd through Aug 14th.

Please arrive 10 minutes early.

The cost is $240.00(+tax) per athlete and each session has a 15 athlete cap to ensure more coach/athlete one on one time.
