Our CrossFit Kids program is appropriate for children between the ages of 4 and 12. This program introduces children to the importance of physical fitness and reinforces healthy nutritional habits.
Our kids programming will have your child moving and even lifting appropriate amounts of weights in a safe and effective manor. Our goal with this program is to help build a healthy foundation in your child’s life and giving them a great work out. So many sport related injuries are due to kids playing in unilateral sports at high intensity without first developing the proper strength. Though we design our programs to be a lot of fun, we take the foundation building aspect of strength and conditioning extremely seriously. We believe our program helps build the strength and stability required to help prevent injuries as your child progresses in sports and in life.
We offer 2 different kids programs. CrossFit Fire Breathers ages 4-7 years old is a one class per week program. We have two classes per week to choose from on Mondays and Saturdays and the price is $40.00/month plus tax. CrossFit Dragons ages 8-12 years old is a two class per week program. We offer 4 class times to choose from and the price is $65.00/month plus tax. There is a little bit of over lap in the ages and we may separate or ask to move your athlete up or down based on what is best for the them to progress and get the most out of this program.
