Starting October 18 – December 6, 2019, CrossFit Playground is excited to offer Decompression Session with Shannon Briggs Hakenjos.
The idea behind Decompression Session is to spend some time, well, Decompressing … Attention to the spine and core, Mobility, Stress Reduction, and Breathing. So basically, Yoga designed to perfectly compliment what we do in the gym.
And even if you’re not in the gym, YOU CAN STILL BENEFIT from a Decompression Session. We all carry heavy loads in life, (literally and hypothetically) and in order to give our Best in Every Area of Life, we need to take time to Decompress.
