We all start some where, and that somewhere is a foundations/jump start/on-ramp class. These series of classes introduce you to CrossFit, the skill movements, and the weight lifting involved in CrossFit. Our goal is to provide you with a safe introduction period so that you feel comfortable and confident when you join our classes.
There are four 1.5 hour classes for foundations to introduce you CrossFit. These classes are not drop in classes. Please use the form below or give us a call to set up your foundations class.
Monday – Friday 7:00PM – 8:30PM
Saturday and Sunday 10:00AM – 11:00AM (Make up)
