Foundations is a class created to make your introduction to CrossFit as approachable as possible. Truly ANYONE can do CrossFit with the proper guidance. We schedule Foundations sessions 2-3 times per month and offer them one on one or in a small group.
In Foundations, we focus on the four basic movement patterns essential for functional fitness: pushing, pulling, hinging, and squatting. You’ll learn to safely engage in weightlifting using these movement patterns and set goals for progress. We show you how to select and use equipment, how to read and approach our workouts, and develop a plan for modifications or scaling.
Foundations lasts 2-3 hours and once completed, you’ll begin an unlimited class membership for one month. Foundations members also receive a complimentary InBody composition scan. If you’re ready to get started, get in touch.
